Terms and Conditions of Wholesale Sales

All retailers must have LALA CURIO’S approval for distribution in each location requested to carry products, including on-line.

MINIMUM OPENING ACCESSORY ORDER:

  • HKD $10,000.
  • If ordering certain lines independently, such as frames or ornaments, please contact the wholesale department for minimum order requirements.
    Example: Candles $1000 minimum order.

MINIMUM OPENING FURNITURE ORDER:

  • 5 unique items.
  • Custom upholstered furniture has an estimated lead time of 12 – 14 weeks, depending on availability of fabric.
  • No COD’s, cancellations, or changes to orders after the order is placed. All orders are final sale.

MINIMUM REORDER AMOUNT: $500.00 ANNUAL OBLIGATION: $3,000.00

  • Goods must be paid in full prior to shipping.
  • LALA CURIO accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card, Pre-payment by Check.
  • Customers may apply for Net30 Terms after one year of consistent business with a minimum of 3 orders, excluding any backorder shipments.
  • Once you have met this requirement, please contact your account executive for application details.

SHIPPING

  • All accessory orders will be shipped FEDEX, unless a freight forwarder is specified.
  • Orders shipped by LALA CURIO within HONG KONG will be charged shipping fees equal to 10% of the order (increased fees may apply for large items or expedited delivery).
  • Retailers may arrange for pickup from our Wan Chai showroom at no additional cost. The retailer will be responsible for all transit charges and damages ex-factory.
  • All furniture is FOB Conover, NC. Pick-up and delivery arrangements and payment are the responsibility of the retailer.
  • Items not picked up within two weeks of notification may accrue storage fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

(These terms exclude European orders which will be invoiced and sent from our HK location. Separate Terms & Conditions apply.)

  • All orders will be shipped FEDEX, unless a freight forwarder is specified.
  • Actual FEDEX quotes will be added to the order total.
  • Orders may be shipped to a HK domestic forwarder incurring shipping charges equal to 10% of the order (extra furniture fees may apply).
  • LALA CURIO will not be responsible for any shipping cost or damages incurred past domestic delivery.
  • Retailers may pickup from our HK showroom at no additional cost. The retailer will be responsible for all transit charges and damages ex-factory.

IN CASE OF BREAKAGE IN TRANSIT

  • Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 working days of order receipt.
  • Save all package materials and call us at +852 2528 5007 as soon as damage is noticed.
  • Please send a photograph of the damaged piece inside of the packaging.
  • We cannot honor your claim unless this procedure is adhered to as carrier may require that cartons be inspected before sending replacements.

RETURNS, CREDITS & EXCHANGES

  • No returns will be accepted without a LALA CURIO return authorization number.
  • All furniture items are Final Sale.
  • Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced rather than refunded.
  • Customers returning items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Non-saleable merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.

BACKORDERS

  • All backorders will be automatically shipped as available, within 6 months of start ship date, unless customer specifically notifies us with written instructions to cancel back orders.
