Vancouver-born Alicia earned her bachelor’s degree in English at The University of British Columbia. After working for a restaurant group, Dining Concepts as Project Administrator, she continued her passion for management working at luxury hotels such as Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Intercontinental and Fairmont Hotels. She continued her Masters Degree in Hotel Management from IHG and SHMS in Switzerland which lead her to be recruited for the management team at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina. In 2010, she returned to Hong Kong to be part of the management team at Four Seasons Hotel.

Gaining insight into hospitality and service culture, she was given the role of Manager for Monocle Magazine based in the Hong Kong bureau committed in strengthening subscriber and customer loyalty. Alicia assisted in the Asia book launch for Guide to Better Living and setting up of pop up stores and subscriber events in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Thailand and Singapore.

In 2014, she joined forces with LALA CURIO where she excels at fostering customer and client relations at our retail spaces. Alicia has also overseen the event rentals with our clients such as Christian Louboutin, FOREVERMARK, Mont Blanc and Jimmy Choo.
